Kelly is a senior associate practice leader who focuses her recruiting efforts on the accounting and finance space for private equity-backed organizations.

Prior to joining Charles Aris Executive Search, Kelly had over 20 years of experience in the talent solutions industry, where she recruited across multiple practice areas from accounting and finance to administrative and healthcare.

Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in liberal arts, with a minor in communications.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys kayaking with friends, reading suspense novels, playing tennis, walking with her golden retriever, Ace, and cheering on her favorite sports team, the Minnesota Vikings.
