Blaine Ayres is a senior associate practice leader who focuses his recruiting efforts in the strategy function across the technology and industrial manufacturing industries.

Blaine holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While earning his degree at UNCG, Blaine served for two years as a resident advisor for international and traditional students, and he was an active member and co-founder of the club football team.

Blaine lives in Greensboro, North Carolina and spends his free time enjoying outdoor activities, working out and supporting his hometown Seattle Seahawks.
