Senior Associate Practice Leader

Noah Schultz is a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search who focuses on the strategy function for the life science and healthcare industries.

Before joining Charles Aris, Noah oversaw executive recruitment at a decentralized clinical research startup during a phase of rapid growth following Series C and D funding rounds. Prior to that, Noah spent an additional 15 years focused on leadership, recruiting and business development functions targeting highly specialized positions within the life science and technology industries.

Noah earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at Judson University and is based in Chicago. Aside from being an avid soccer player, coach and fan, Noah is a lifelong Manchester United supporter. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, camping, mountain biking, live music and spending time outdoors with his two sons.
