Practice Leader

TJ Deal is a practice leader with a functional focus on Strategy & Corporate Development. He specializes in placing A-level corporate development and M&A talent in the technology, media, telecom, and industrial sectors.

Before joining Charles Aris Inc., TJ directed military accounts for Arbor Supply, a brokerage firm that facilitates the distribution of non-food items to the Military Commissaries. There, he enjoyed building lasting professional relationships as a business liaison.

TJ earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he held leadership positions in UNC’s chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.

TJ enjoys coaching youth basketball, reading and culinary ventures.
