September 28, 2021 – Global outplacement and career mobility provider Randstad RiseSmart has named Marisa Kacary as global chief marketing officer. “Marisa is an expert in building brand awareness, reputation and engagement, and we are excited to welcome her to the team as our chief marketing officer,” said Dan Davenport, CEO of Randstad RiseSmart. “With her proven track record leading global marketing teams, Marisa will play a key role in driving our growth and expansion plans, positioning RiseSmart as the partner of choice for outplacement and career mobility.”
With more than 20 years of experience as a marketing leader in talent management, talent acquisition and HCM consulting, Ms. Kacary will lead RiseSmart’s global marketing efforts, including strategy, thought leadership, research and communications.
Ms. Kacary joins RiseSmart from global workforce solutions provider AMS, where she was most recently managing director of brand, marketing and communications. Prior to that, she held global marketing leadership roles at Pontoon (Adecco), Korn Ferry and organizations within the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Ms. Kacary was one of 24 marketing leaders named to the 2021 Marketing Academy’s prestigious EMEA Fellowship Programme, a board level executive development program.
“A big part of my decision to join RiseSmart is their dedication to helping companies promote employee-first cultures and provide meaningful and productive careers for their employees,” said Ms. Kacary. “The demand for career development, internal mobility and career transition solutions has never been greater as organizations increasingly look to build more agile and resilient workforces that are prepared to tackle challenges and generate opportunities,” she said. “As the world of work continues to evolve, I look forward to increasing the awareness of RiseSmart’s services, which help businesses support employees throughout their talent journey.”
This past May, Randstad North America named Spiro Papanicolaou as chief marketing officer. “Spiro’s deep expertise and strong business acumen have been integral to Randstad Canada’s continued growth,” said Karen Fichuk, CEO of Randstad North America and Randstad N.V. executive board member. “His depth of experience and proven track record for delivering comprehensive marketing and communications strategies will continue to drive our business forward and connect even more people with the right opportunities.”
New Product Launch
To help American employers start planning the safe return of employees and the general public back into public spaces, Randstad US has begun rolling out a suite of technology tools that can be used by companies to protect public health and help businesses adhere to changing safety guidelines. “Safely returning to the office remains challenging, particularly with new public health protocols that can carry a health risk for the employees tasked with enforcement,” said Pascal de Hesselle, principal at Randstad Technologies Group. “Randstad will work with employers to automate and implement key aspects of return-to-workplace safety to minimize risk for the employer and employees alike.”
Randstad’s “back to office” solutions include technology services to help employers implement health screening protocols and contactless entry to workplaces or public spaces and ensure the widespread use of masks inside the workplace. Randstad’s new offerings include end-to-end elevated temperature screening that enables real-time screening across multiple employee/visitor entry and exit points, assembly points and other high-volume areas; innovative mask-detection technology that ensures compliance with mask-wearing protocols and provides real-time updates to employers; and no-touch devices and monitoring systems to support contactless time-entry and building access to reduce the risk of exposure from contact with shared services.
