PrincetonOne Strengthens Search Staff

May 6, 2019 – Skillman, NJ-headquartered executive search firm PrincetonOne has expanded with the addition of Kent Mayes as practice director for its accounting and finance division.

Mr. Mayes brings more than two decades of search experience to his role as national practice director. As a managing producer, he will be responsible for leading a national team of recruiters serving the accounting and finance industry. PrincetonOne described Mr. Mayes as dedicated to delivering top talent in a variety of roles, including controllers, accounting directors and tax and audit managers. “Mr. Mayes is a true business partner to the clients and candidates he represents,” the search firm said.

Mr. Mayes most recently served as a division director with SNI Certes, specializing in placing senior-level consultants in the accounting and finance industry in 36 markets across the U.S. Previously, he was a strategic accounts manager with Experis, a search division of ManpowerGroup. Before that, he was a market manager with Randstad. Mr. Mayes started his recruiting career with Robert Half.
