Per Ardua Associates Launches Leadership Consulting Division
May 15, 2018 – London-based financial services search firm Per Ardua Associates has added a new consulting business, Pantheon Leadership Consulting, joining a long and growing list of search firms moving into the leadership advice space. Jennifer Jones will be assisting the lead team at Per Ardua in putting together the new leadership consulting operation. Offerings will include coaching, mentoring, executive on-boarding and a set of world-class diagnostics.
“They will create an offering which surpasses client expectations and which are delivered exceptionally,” the firm said. “This will be done opportunity by opportunity, well-resourced by high quality individuals. The aim is to get it right slowly, outperforming client expectations.”
Per Ardua Associates, led by chief executive Simon Hearn, specializes in the financial services sector. It provides a highly focused recruitment service at the board and senior executive level, including market feedback, competitor intelligence surveys and views on organizations.
Firms Expanding Into New Areas
Search firms continue to break into new areas, be it through acquisition, alliances or providing new services. It’s a trend that’s playing out with both large agencies and small boutiques as recruiters look to provide clients with services for identifying, assessing, onboarding and retaining senior-level talent.

ALSpective expanded with the addition of Juliane Nitsche and Michel Moutier as partners and advisors. The pair’s responsibilities include leadership consulting with a specialization in well-being & performance as well as strategy and board services with a new offering in change management.
Major, Lindsey & Africa recently launched a new service known as Legal Talent Management Consulting. Led by Miriam Frank, a partner and vice president, the offering provides lawyers and legal teams with customized consulting services designed to increase performance, productivity and engagement.
Odgers Berndtson expanded its leadership practice to include executive and team leadership assessment, coaching and onboarding. Organizational psychologist Dr. Robert Satterwhite is spearheading the new effort.
