Michael Kelly Associates Partners With Change, Development & Leadership Consulting

September 14, 2017 – Executive search firm Michael Kelly Associates (MKA) and Change, Development & Leadership Consulting (CDL) have formed a strategic partnership to focus on employee engagement to foster team building and a united corporate culture for maximum effectiveness.

The alliance focuses not only on applying MKA’s knowledge of executive search, but also on enhancing culture through CDL Consulting’s leadership coaching and executive consultation to optimize effective engagement.

Maximizing Effectiveness

CDL has built its reputation by providing practical leadership tools for senior executive onboarding, change management, culture transformation, executive coaching and team building. A focus on business strategy, talent retention, leadership style and work culture allows the firm to maximize corporate effectiveness and employee engagement.

“In these times of great change, virtually every organization is searching for a strategic approach for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent,” said Michael Kelly, founder and managing director of MKA. “We are excited to leverage the expertise of our two firms so that we can better ensure that our clients’ investment in talent acquisition produces the extraordinary results they demand.”

Dr. Gary Schuman, founder and managing partner of CDL Consulting, said one strength of his firm is its abiding belief that every organization’s culture is unique. “There isn’t a cookie cutter approach to talent management,” he said. “We tailor our work with organizations to fit their work environment rather than trying to fit them into an operating model.”

Founded in 1992, MKA is a provider of executive search, corporate governance consulting and leadership services to leading corporations. The firm identifies and recruits executives and board members across multiple sectors including private equity, venture capital, financial services, healthcare and TMT markets.
