Pederson & Partners Grows in Moscow and Austria
May 11, 2015 – Executive search firm Pederson & Partners has named Julie Desloges as a consultant in its Moscow office and Josef Buttinger as the country manager for Austria.
Over the course of her professional career, Ms. Desloges gained experience in human resources consulting and management within major international companies in Russia and France. Prior to joining the firm, she held key positions within several multinational human resources consulting firms, ranging from executive search manager to strategic account manager and most recently, senior consultant for FMCG & retail practices at RosExpert, an alliance partner of Korn Ferry. In addition to conducting local searches for a variety of sectors, she gained extensive experience in cross-border searches for local and international companies.

Mr. Buttinger brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment, executive search and human resources management roles from Austrian and international companies. He is also the founder and president of HR Lounge, an organization for the networking of HR professionals in Austria.
