Korn Ferry Adds Three New Consultants
May 11, 2015 – Korn Ferry has added Caitlin Banks Iseler as a principal in the firm's technology practice, Nathalie Nassar as a senior partner in its leadership & talent consulting business and Dave Pearce as a senior client partner in the firm's global consumer practice.
Ms. Iseler has advised clients on attracting, training, growing and retaining leaders. Earlier in her career, Ms. Iseler served as VP of human capital management at Xcelerate Solutions. As a member of the leadership team there she led the executive search, human capital and talent acquisition strategy.
"Throughout her career, Ms. Iseler has developed relationships among entrepreneurs, CEOs and consulting practice leaders helping them identify growth goals and current gaps in their business and talent management needs,” said Doug Charles, president, Americas.
“Her focus on high tech industries, specifically in software, digital and IT consulting will be a great addition to our technology practice.”
Ms. Nassar will split her time between the firm's Washington, D.C. and Reston offices. Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked at Blue Ribbon Leadership Consulting where she was vice president. Ms. Nassar, who will be based in the firm's Paris office, will focus on talent strategy and organizational alignment, board and CEO services and succession management.
For nearly 30 years, Ms. Nassar has assisted major international corporations faced with challenges in their strategy and organization. She has advised CEO and C-suite executives on the organizational, cultural and human implications of their strategic decisions, supporting them on designing and implementing organizational models, enhancing effective executive team dynamic, and driving leadership development and talent strategy. Ms. Nassar joins Korn Ferry from Oliver Wyman where she served as senior partner.

Mr. Pearce, who joins Korn Ferry’s Minneapolis office, has 25 years of consumer packaged goods, financial services, start-up and turn-around business experience. His network is broad and diverse, having served in various sales and marketing leadership roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Brach’s Candy, the Pillsbury Company, and Wells Fargo among others.
