NGS Global Expands in Brazil

September 26, 2024 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters and open new locations.  In response to the growing client demand in Latin America, Wilmington, DE-headquartered executive search firm NGS Global has expanded in Brazil with the additions of Fernando Cesar and Giselle Moraes. “Both Fernando and Giselle have outstanding reputations throughout Latin America and the United States, as well as deep relationships with multinationals around the world,” said David Nosal, chairman and managing partner. “Fernando is trusted by clients in Brazil and abroad to attract talented top-level senior executives to their organizations. His industry expertise includes industrial, natural resources, chemical, manufacturing and automotive, as well as infrastructure, agribusiness and private equity. Mr. Cesar has more than 30 years of combined career experience in executive search, management consulting, and serving in top industry roles. Previously, he was a partner with DHR Global. During his search career he also gained experience with Signium, Odgers Berndtson, Pedersen & Partners, and Boyden to name a few.

Ms. Moraes joins NGS Global as partner. She has recruited senior executives in Brazil and across Latin America in the technology, media, telecom, digital, financial services and retail sectors. Prior to joining NGS Global, Ms. Moraes held senior roles with FESA Group, Kingsley Gate Partners, Spencer Stuart, and Heidrick & Struggles.

In 2022, according to International Monetary Fund, the Brazilian nominal GDP was $1.9 trillion; the country has a long history of being among the 10 largest economies in the world.
