NGS Global Appoints Managing Partner for the Middle East

January 7, 2025 – Wilmington, DE-headquartered executive search firm NGS Global has expanded with the addition of Julien Abou Khalil as the managing partner for the Middle East based out of the United Arab Emirates. “With Julien’s addition to the NGS Global team, we have continued to reinforce our commitment to attracting the highest caliber partners in the world to lead our initiatives in their respective markets,” said David Nosal, chairman and managing partner. “Julien’s reputation as one of the top executive search consultants in the UAE will strengthen not only our position in the region, but also our brand globally. Mr. Abou Khalil has built a network throughout the region. He has worked with many mid-size to large organizations and will bring the capability to support their initiatives. With more than 25 years of regional and international expertise. Mr. Abou Khalil previously served as partner and leader of the financial services practice covering the Middle East region for Stanton Chase. During his career, he has been particularly active in the areas of venture capital and investment advisory and structuring, with a vested interest in asset management. Mr. Abou Khalil also has experience in several aspects of the banking sector, notably wealth management for high net worth individuals and investment banking.

Recent Growth

Mr. Cesar has more than 30 years of combined career experience in executive search, management consulting, and serving in top industry roles. Previously, he was a partner with DHR Global. During his search career he also gained experience with Signium, Odgers Berndtson, Pedersen & Partners, and Boyden to name a few.

Ms. Moraes joins NGS Global as partner. She has recruited senior executives in Brazil and across Latin America in the technology, media, telecom, digital, financial services and retail sectors. Prior to joining NGS Global, Ms. Moraes held senior roles with FESA Group, Kingsley Gate Partners, Spencer Stuart, and Heidrick & Struggles.
