Ms. Dodd brings extensive leadership experience to Naughtin Group with more than 25 years at Target Corp. as well as a nationally recognized collaborative non-profit, Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ). Her areas of expertise are collaborating and building relationships, project management, leading the formation of effective teams, process improvement and customer service. “Ms. Dodd’s ability to communicate effectively – focusing on active listening – and fostering relationships positioned her to successfully lead teams of various sizes and skills, including managing several cross-functional and multi-million-dollar projects,” the firm said.

Past Experience

At NAZ, Ms. Dodd was responsible for the strategic planning and leading of comprehensive giving programs that consistently raised over $3 million annually. In 2015, using the Benevon model of sustainable fundraising, she implemented the One Future Luncheon, annually drawing more than 900 guests and raising more than $500,000 in one hour. In these efforts, she has worked with CEOs, senior executives and various leaders from local and national fortune 500 companies, as well as government officials and renowned national figures.

Prior to joining NAZ, Ms. Dodd had an extensive career at Target Corp., a training ground for top leaders. She had responsibility for process improvement strategy development, project management, corporate-wide software solution implementation supporting business side for all 350,000 team members, staffing strategy development supporting business unit of more than 2,000 field members and leaders resulting in $12 million in expense savings.
