Motus Recruiting and Staffing Launches Executive Search Division
January 25, 2019 – In what continues to be a trend among talent acquisition organizations, Tigard, OR-based Motus Recruiting and Staffing has formed a new executive search division within the company focused on identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for senior-level and executive jobs.
“Motus has built a strong reputation of providing exceptional talent and we will now complement those successes with the addition of our executive and retained search services,” said Orlando Williams, CEO of Motus Recruiting. “Our clients now have a local executive search solution that will bring the best talent to companies located throughout the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Motus clients will benefit from best practices in talent retention, diversity equity and inclusion, as well as strategic talent planning.”
With over 20 years of experience in recruiting, Mr. Williams will lead the new executive search team, which will include John Paschal, Shannon Anderson and Roy Kennedy. Mr. Williams founded Motus in 2006. His experience includes identifying talent for clients in healthcare, energy and financial services.
Mr. Paschal is a senior executive search recruiter with over a decade of experience in recruiting. Using researching skills in diversity recruiting and passive candidates, he is skilled at identifying and recruiting top talent for the full lifecycle of executive recruiting. Prior to joining Motus in July, he was an executive search consultant with Remedy Intelligent Staffing.
Ms. Anderson is a senior executive search and technology recruiter with over two decades of experience in the recruiting industry, including corporate, agency and owning her own recruitment consulting company. She joined Motus in October after serving as a senior corporate recruiter with Connective DX.
Mr. Kennedy is a senior technology recruiter and been in the search industry for 10 years, with over 15 years of experience in business development and recruiting for IT and engineering. He sources and places engineering and IT professionals, utilizing many different methods including reaching out to the passive market, participating in user group events and engaging with Fortune 500 clients for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions on a national level. Mr. Kennedy joined Modus last June from executive search firm the Remedy Group.
Utilizing a candidate matrix against client specifications, the Motus executive search delivery process includes a thorough identification and presentation of talented leaders who correspond to the company’s goals and needs. “A complete executive leadership assessment is given to finalists with qualifying performance prediction analysis,” Motus said.
