Mogul Partners with Namely
December 20, 2021 – Recruitment platform and executive search firm Mogul recently inked a deal with Namely, a New York-based HR technology platform for mid-sized companies. Mogul offers a talent acquisition platform, diversity recruiting services, inclusive networking events, educational events, and online social communities. Namely plans to use Mogul’s talent acquisition platform to attract, source and hire top, diverse talent. Mogul’s platform has patent-pending software filters that allow recruiters to source top, diverse talent in several ways, including by gender, ethnicity, veteran status, and disability status, without limiting search results.
“Diversity promotes creative problem-solving and thinking, which we value incredibly highly,” said Amy Roy, chief people officer of Namely. “The Mogul products will offer us access to a wider range of diverse talent than ever before, and that’s important to our future growth as an organization.” Namely’s software streamlines the complexities of HR operations in one platform: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, benefits administration, compliance and analytics. Namely also offers managed payroll and benefits services.
2021 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Recruiting Report:
Building a Balanced and Diverse Workforce
Hunt Scanlon Media’s latest market intelligence recruiting report – this time focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – will be available later this fall! The nation’s top executive recruiters are resetting expectations and looking for new ways forward to build balanced and diverse workforce teams for their clients.
According to executive recruiters, DE&I should not just be a priority, but an integrated part of every company’s leadership goals. Some companies have even tied DE&I metrics to executive compensation. But it’s more than that.
Part of building strong, diverse hiring teams means asking yourself: “Who is my company culture going to attract – and how will it engage people who are here?” This question can be very difficult to answer if you assume everyone feels welcome already just because you do. Fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within organizations is more than just the right ethical decision. “It is one of the best business decisions a company can make,” said Keri Gavin, a partner with Hanold Associates and leader of the search firm’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice. Hanold Associates is a proud sponsor of this year’s report. This report will help organizations prioritize DE&I as a business imperative that drives greater competitiveness, innovation and business results. Get it now!
Led by founder and CEO Tiffany Pham, Mogul pairs executive search and technology solutions. The firm has a network of senior-level women and minorities, and partners with organizations to attract and advance top, diverse talent. The firm partners with the Fortune 1000 and fast-growing start-ups to recruit diverse leaders, including Amazon, Intuit, IBM, Nike, Hearst, Stanley Black & Decker, McKinsey & Company, Intel, T-Mobile, Mastercard, Marsh & McLennan, and more.
Working with Client During a Pandemic
Ms. Pham recently sat down with Hunt Scanlon Media to discuss the pandemic, hiring and how her firm has adjusted to working with clients and candidates during the post-pandemic era. “We see a new normal emerging and many companies are evolving along with it. We think remote workforces and hybrid models will become more common as companies compete for top diverse talent,” Ms. Pham said. “The pandemic required all of us to innovate in the way we approach our workforce, and that innovation has been impactful. We always support our clients’ flexible needs when developing strategies and operational models and try to think of new or different ways to improve their processes or products.”
“This is a very exciting time for the search industry,” Ms. Pham said. “We can expect to see a growing focus on searching for diverse talent, particularly at executive levels but also for board of director roles. Many companies with very good overall D&I numbers are asking for help in searching for diverse talent in certain roles, primarily at the board level or above the middle management level.”
“They are evolving their focus on diversity and working to make sure that there is diversity at all levels and functions of the organization,” she said. “At Mogul, this is our specialty; we find top diverse talent for the world’s top organizations, like Hershey, Bain, Stanley Black and Decker, and United Healthcare. Our clients know we have developed groundbreaking, patent-pending technologies for this very purpose, and they love us because of it.”
