Korn Ferry Seeks President for the Human Rights Campaign

December 20, 2021 – The Human Rights Campaign and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (collectively HRC), together the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) civil rights organization, has retained the services of Korn Ferry to assist in the search for the organization’s next president. “After speaking with over a dozen highly-regarded search firms, we’re eager to move forward in our search for HRC’s next president with Korn Ferry,” said Gwen Baba, co-chair of HRC’s executive search committee and member of HRC’s board of directors. “Over the next weeks and months, our committee and our partners at Korn Ferry will conduct an extensive search to find the right candidates to lead this organization into the future.”

“This is a key moment in the Human Rights Campaign’s history,” said Jamaul Webster, co-chair of HRC’s executive search committee and member of the HRC Foundation’s board of directors. “Each and every member of this organization – from the search committee to our interim president and members of staff – sees this search as an opportunity to redouble our efforts to make our work even more impactful for members of the LGBTQ+ community who have previously felt left behind. Korn Ferry will be a vital partner in making sure HRC’s next leader is up to that challenge.”
