Long Ridge Partners Appoints Vice President
April 28, 2026 – New York City-based Long Ridge Partners has appointed Albert Hanan as vice president. “We’re proud to announce that Albert Hanan has been promoted to vice president,” Long Ridge Partners said in a LinkedIn post. “As a valued leader on our technology team, Albert has made a meaningful impact through his expertise and dedication. Mr. Hanan is a senior technology recruiter at Long Ridge Partners, where he specializes in a broad range of engineering roles including DevOps, front office engineers, quantitative developers, and researchers. He has a deep understanding of the financial technology space and a targeted approach to technical recruiting. Prior to joining Long Ridge, Mr. Hanan worked at Huxley as an associate recruiter, focusing on both contract and full-time placements within financial technology.
Since 2004, Long Ridge Partners has provided executive recruiting services to the investment management sector. Boutique and institutional investment managers alike have been leveraging the resources of Long Ridge’s front, middle, and back office recruiting solutions to build their organizations. The combined efforts of Long Ridge’s experience include over 2,000 placements.
Recognizing the growing needs of its clients led Long Ridge to launch several other verticals, including Long Ridge Real Estate, Long Ridge Legal, and most recently, Long Ridge Partners IT (LRPIT). Recent Expansion
Long Ridge Partners recently expanded with the additions of Isaac Springer, Matthew Rodriguez, and Chad Goldstein. “Isaac will be focused on real estate recruiting while Matt and Chad will specialize in tech recruiting,” Long Ridge Partners said in a LinkedIn post. “All three bring valuable experience and fresh perspectives as we continue to grow our team. Prior to joining Long Ridge, he spent a year on the business operations team at an accounting and small business advisory firm. Mr. Springer most recently worked at The Bachrach Group, where he was a member of the real estate recruiting team, focusing on talent acquisition within the real estate sector.
