Long Ridge Partners Announces Promotions

March 9, 2026 – New York City-based Long Ridge Partners has recently announced a series of promotions. “We’re pleased to recognize several well-earned promotions at Long Ridge Partners,” the firm said in a LinkedIn post. “Each of these individuals has cultivated strong relationships across the industry and played a meaningful role in our firm’s success. We are proud to recognize their continued growth, leadership, and impact at Long Ridge.”

The promotions include:

Chris Stefl, vice president. Mr. Stefl specializes in credit and investor relations. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, he worked at Selby Jennings as a recruiter, focused on alternative asset management.

Daniel Cox, vice president. Mr. Cox serves as a generalist recruiter, working across a range of asset classes and position types. He joined the firm directly after completing his undergraduate studies and has since played a key role in supporting candidates across the investment management landscape.

Jack Gill, vice president. Mr. Gill specializes in front to back office searches with a focus on macro and fixed income markets. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, he worked at Anderson Frank as a recruitment consultant, focusing on technical and functional NetSuite recruitment.

Julia Asher, vice president. Ms. Asher specializes in recruiting for top tier alternative investment managers, including private equity, private credit, real estate firms, and hedge funds. While she concentrates on investor relations and fundraising roles, she has a track record of success in placing both investment and non-investment professionals across all levels. Prior to the firm, J Ms. Asher worked at Solomon Page and Daversa Partners.

Michelle Pierce, vice president. Ms. Pierce specializes in the recruitment of investment professionals for hedge funds. She focuses on placing mid- to senior-level analysts and portfolio managers across long/short equity, event-driven, credit, and macro strategies. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, Ms. Pierce worked at Mercury Partners as an executive recruiter, focusing on hedge fund recruitment.

Owen Dinsmore, managing director. Mr. Dinsmore specializes in recruiting for equity & credit investing across long only, L/S, and private strategies. He has built a business encompassing differentiated investment mandates ranging from niche pharmaceutical royalty investing to private real estate. Mr. Dinsmore excels in fulfilling the needs of his clients across investment professionals, traders, fundraising/IR talent, COO’s, chief-of-staff’s, and more. He joined Long Ridge Partners after spending most of his career at various investment banks and hedge funds.

Mr. Freiberg has been an institutional sales trader for the past 20 years. Most of his career has been spent on the floor of the NYSE. He has a proven track record of increasing institutional client revenue, leveraging expertise in algorithmic trading, a strong working knowledge of market structure, and liquidity-seeking trading strategies.
