Long Ridge Partners Expands Search Staff
April 7, 2026 – New York City-based Long Ridge Partners has expanded with the additions of Isaac Springer, Matthew Rodriguez, and Chad Goldstein. “Isaac will be focused on real estate recruiting while Matt and Chad will specialize in tech recruiting,” Long Ridge Partners said in a LinkedIn post. “All three bring valuable experience and fresh perspectives as we continue to grow our team. Please join us in welcoming Isaac, Matt, and Chad to the team.” Mr. Springer is an associate at Long Ridge Partners, where he specializes in the placement of investment professionals across real estate private equity, investment management, and owner-operator platforms.
Prior to joining Long Ridge, he spent a year on the business operations team at an accounting and small business advisory firm. Mr. Springer most recently worked at The Bachrach Group, where he was a member of the real estate recruiting team, focusing on talent acquisition within the real estate sector.
Mr. Rodriguez is an associate recruiter at Long Ridge Partners, specializing in technology placements across a wide range of disciplines, including AI/ML engineering, data engineering, infrastructure IT, and front-office engineering. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, Mr. Rodriguez spent three years at Atlas Search as an executive recruiter, where he focused on similar placements and developed a strong foundation in identifying top talent within the tech industry.
Mr. Goldstein is a vice president at Long Ridge Partners where he specializes in tech recruitment for the alternative investment industry. He values building long lasting relationships with his candidates and clients. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, Mr. Goldstein worked at Next Ventures as a principal tech recruiter, focusing on placing Infrastructure, DevOps, platform, security and site reliability engineers in different industries.

Mr. Freiberg has been an institutional sales trader for the past 20 years. Most of his career has been spent on the floor of the NYSE. He has a proven track record of increasing institutional client revenue, leveraging expertise in algorithmic trading, a strong working knowledge of market structure, and liquidity-seeking trading strategies.
