Lochlin Partners Recruits CFO for the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association
July 15, 2026 – Lochlin Partners has recruited Janelle Padgett as VP and CFO of the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association in Glen Allen, VA. Ms. Padgett has more than 25 years of progressive executive leadership experience across complex healthcare systems, including multiple CFO, controller, and senior finance leadership roles within both for-profit and non-profit healthcare organizations.
Most recently, she served as chief financial officer of Fauquier Health. Prior to that, Ms. Padgett was assistant vice president of financial reporting and budget operations at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and senior controller at The George Washington University Hospital. Earlier in her career, Ms. Padgett held the roles of director of finance at Memorial Health, corporate controller and CFO of the Primary Care Network at Floyd Medical Center and Polk Medical Center, and controller at East Ridge Hospital.
The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association has 26 member health systems, representing 117 community, psychiatric, rehabilitation, and specialty hospitals throughout Virginia. VHHA provides a range of services including advocacy, communications, data analytics, healthcare finance, and quality and patient safety resources, and aims to support healthcare providers and improve patient care through various initiatives and educational resources.
Lochlin Partners conducts searches for board and executive-level positions within government and corporate affairs, government contracting, technology and services, higher education, the public sector, financial services, and healthcare. Bush, she met with the President regularly to recommend individuals to fill critical presidential appointments, including Cabinet Secretaries, ambassadors and other key positions in cabinet-level departments and U.S. regulatory agencies.

He works extensively with clients in government, financial services, technology and professional services organizations, trade and membership associations, and non-profits, helping these clients build world-class management teams. Mr. Friel provides particular expertise in recruiting senior executives in the areas of general management (CEOs and general managers), financial management (CFOs, controllers, tax and audit leadership) and business management functions including marketing, business development, legal and human resources.

Ms. Stevens brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience spanning financial services, technology, and professional services organizations. Most recently, she served as chief human resources officer for the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance.
