Lochlin Partners Fills Senior Role for the Bipartisan Policy Center

September 30, 2024 – Executive search firm Lochlin Partners has placed Paige Ennis has been named executive vice president of development and external affairs at the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC). “We are thrilled to welcome Paige to BPC,” said Margaret Spellings, president and CEO. “With her proven track record, she brings a wealth of experience in driving transformation and delivering organizational results. Her unique perspective and experience will be instrumental in advancing our mission of bringing together leaders from across the political spectrum to address key challenges facing our nation.”

Most recently, Ms. Ennis was the senior vice president of strategic engagement at the German Marshall Fund, where she was instrumental in fostering transatlantic cooperation and policy innovation. Prior to this, she was at the Atlantic Council, significantly contributing to the council’s growth and impact, for a decade. Her career includes over 10 years at Harvard Kennedy School and organizing and producing summits in Eastern Europe for NATO aspirant countries.

Ms. Ennis’ global project experience spans six continents. In her early career, she held leadership roles in global sports, including at NIKE, World Cup Soccer, U.S. Figure Skating, World Figure Skating Championships, the Boston Garden, and the Atlanta Olympic Games. She also served on the political advance team for President Bill Clinton at the White House.

In this role, Ms. Ennis will oversee the strategic direction and execution of the BPC’s external communications, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

The Bipartisan Policy Center is a Washington, D.C.–based think tank that promotes bipartisanship. The organization aims to combine ideas from both the Republican and Democratic parties to address challenges in the U.S. such as those around energy and the national debt.

Mr. Glick brings a wealth of experience as a leadership consultant and a deep commitment to supporting veterans in their transition journey. Since transitioning from 20 years of military service in 2015, Mr. Glick has been a founder and partner of two leadership companies and the author of two books, including A Light in the Darkness: Leadership Development for the Unknown. In 2017, he was selected as a TEDX speaker and delivered Rethinking Leadership at TEDX Hammond. Mr. Glick is also an adjunct professor at St. John’s University. Most recently, he served as partner and founder of Prodromos Leadership and Culture Consulting.
