Lindauer Appoints Leader of the Independent School Practice

April 24, 2024 – Lindauer has named Jackie Sullivan as senior vice president and leader of the independent school practice. “Jackie consistently drives client success by providing strategic counsel that is equally focused on tactical implementation and big-picture visionary thinking,” said Deb Taft, CEO of Lindauer. “By tuning her approach to the ambitious goals of her clients, she has earned the trust of organizations engaged in the most urgent causes in the world. Jackie has a wide skill set and a depth of experience that will enhance the services Lindauer provides institutions in the independent school community and beyond.”

“Sullivan’s record of optimizing development teams aligns with Lindauer’s mission of empowering organizations to harness their philanthropic potential, strengthen their cultures, and serve their communities,” the firm said. “With renowned expertise and extensive networks across a range of nonprofits, Sullivan will lead Lindauer’s Independent Schools Practice as one of her responsibilities. Her leadership supports the firm’s expansion of talent services for educational partners around the globe.”

Ms. Sullivan joins Lindauer from Graham-Pelton, a fundraising consulting firm for non-profit organizations, where she served as chief client services officer. In this role, she steered the firm’s approach to providing clients with the knowledge, expertise, and resources that power their philanthropy. Advising on board and leadership engagement, campaign planning, and campaign management, Ms. Sullivan positioned her nonprofit clients to operationalize their values and realize their aspirations. Her professional background also includes leadership roles at The Pingry School, Delbarton School, and Syracuse University.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jackie to Lindauer,” said Libby Roberts, executive vice president. “Her ability to translate strategy into execution has elevated the work of an impressive roster of client partners. As a senior leader with Lindauer, she will amplify our team-building capabilities while opening exciting new opportunities for delivering talent solutions that make a real, tangible difference for nonprofit organizations and the people who rely on them.”

“I am honored to join Lindauer and to extend its industry-leading executive recruitment and talent services even further into the nonprofit community,” said Ms. Sullivan. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at Lindauer to build on existing partnerships and provide exceptional service to our clients.”

Last month, Lindauer named Paula Fazli as senior vice president.
