Korn Ferry Appoints COO for Products Business

May 28, 2019 – Korn Ferry has named Lisa McCann as chief operating officer for its products business. She is based in the search firm’s Boston office.

In her role, Ms. McCann will provide delivery and operational leadership to expand Korn Ferry’s global capabilities across its integrated talent product suite and services.

She will also lead the products organization’s strategic innovation initiatives, working closely with Korn Ferry’s advisory, RPO and professional search leadership teams.

“Lisa is an accomplished business executive with a track record of success-driving revenue and productivity gains in software and services environments,” said Byrne Mulrooney, CEO, RPO, professional search and products, Korn Ferry. “Her expertise and breadth of experience in both cloud SaaS product solutions and client proof points for SAP’s intelligent technologies makes her an excellent addition to the Korn Ferry product organization. Ms. McCann brings to the firm over 25 years of experience working at SAP America, most recently serving as the chief innovation and operations officer for SAP’s $1.8 billion North America service business. She led the North America services GTM Innovation Centers of Excellence created to support early adoption of cloud-based and intelligent technology solutions and services. In addition, she was responsible for the end-to-end field operations functions of portfolio management, demand management, business operations, strategic partner alliances and talent management and development.

Korn Ferry expanded its services by adding a new area of expertise within its technology practice. In response to client needs beyond executive, vice president and director levels, the firm will now offer search services and contract placements for individual contributor roles. 

Korn Ferry expanded with the addition of Sharad Vishvanath as APAC regional head for its transformation and transaction (M&A) practice. Mr. Vishvanath brings to Korn Ferry over 20 years of experience across banking and consulting and has worked in multiple countries. 

Korn Ferry recently added Jill Wiltfong as its chief marketing officer. She is responsible for global brand and marketing strategy and is based in Los Angeles. Ms. Wiltfong brings to Korn Ferry over 20 years of marketing experience. She joined the firm from DEKRA Insight, where she was most recently SVP and head of business innovation and strategic marketing.
