Kincannon & Reed Appoints VP of Marketing and Business Development
June 25, 2026 – Kincannon & Reed (K&R), which exclusively focuses on food, agribusiness, and the related life sciences, has expanded with the addition of Dan Evans as vice president of marketing and business development. “Dan brings a strong background in building brands, driving growth, and connecting strategy to execution,” said Stephanie Liska, president of Kincannon & Reed. “Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to align marketing and business development efforts in ways that create momentum and generate measurable business results. Mr. Evans brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning marketing, business development, talent acquisition, and brand strategy. A decorated military veteran, he has built a career helping organizations accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and create high-performing teams through strategic alignment and disciplined execution.
Mr. Evans’ experience includes serving as chief marketing officer at N2Growth, where he built and scaled the firm’s global marketing function and expanded the firm’s market presence across more than 50 countries. He has also held senior leadership roles with USAA and the United States Marine Corps Recruiting Command and recently served as a strategic advisor to private capital global. Throughout his career, Mr. Evans has led initiatives spanning demand generation, brand strategy, talent acquisition, and business growth.
In his new position with Kincannon & Reed, Mr. Evans will lead the firm’s global marketing, communications, and business development strategies in support of its executive search and leadership advisory solutions. He will work closely with the firm’s leadership, principals, and business development team to support client development, expand thought leadership initiatives, strengthen candidate engagement, and drive integrated marketing strategies that translate market insight into meaningful business growth.
