Kincannon & Reed Assists CCI Prime with CFO Search

June 15, 2026 – Kincannon & Reed (K&R), which exclusively focuses on food, agribusiness, and the related life sciences, has assisted in the recruitment of Jamie Broad as CFO of CCI Prime, bringing on a seasoned finance leader to support the company’s next phase of growth. “Jamie’s ability to connect financial insights to operational realities makes her an exceptional fit for CCI Prime,” said K&R managing director Patrick Fitzgerald. “She leads with authenticity and clarity, and her approach empowers teams to engage with finance as a driver of better decisions and stronger performance.”

Ms. Broad brings deep experience across CPG and food manufacturing, with strengths in FP&A, accounting leadership, and private equity-backed environments. She combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, enhancing forecasting, streamlining reporting, and improving cost and inventory performance.

Ms. Broad is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience leading financial strategy, reporting, and operational performance across the manufacturing, packaging, and consumer products sectors. She previously served as CFO and vice president of finance at Medical Packaging Inc., where she oversaw financial planning, analysis, and business performance initiatives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Broad was director of financial reporting and controller at Blommer Chocolate Company, and held a series of finance leadership positions at Just Born, Inc., including finance manager for the PEEPS and PEANUT CHEWS brands, finance manager for the direct-to-consumer division, and senior business advisor. She also served as a senior financial analyst at Sure Fit, internal auditor at Bethlehem Steel, and senior auditor at Ernst & Young

As CFO, Ms. Broad will serve as the senior financial leader for CCI Prime, guiding the company through its next phase of growth. She will oversee corporate finance, FP&A, cash flow, operational efficiency, and performance reporting, while acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. A data-driven and hands-on leader, she will play a critical role in strengthening financial discipline, generating actionable insights, and supporting sustainable, profitable growth.

CCI Prime Foods is a producer of frozen Asian cuisine, delivering a broad portfolio that includes dumplings, steamed buns, dim sum, noodles, wrappers, and premium seafood products. Founded in Brooklyn, NY, in 1994, the company has grown from a local importer into a trusted, scaled manufacturer serving retail and foodservice customers nationwide.

Mr. Fitzgerald is a managing director at the firm. His background in the value chain includes numerous roles with Kraft Heinz and ConAgra Brands as well as Glanbia Performance Nutrition. He most recently provided C-suite leadership consultation as a member of EY’s People advisory services.

Mr. Wright brings experience as an executive and entrepreneur focused on the crop inputs and production sectors. His network and connections throughout the industry are strong. Prior to K&R, Mr. Wright led organizations such as Agriliance LLC, Helm Fertilizer, and Keytrade North America, as well as being president, founder and co-owner of Solce Fertilizer Co.

Ritchie Industries Search

Kincannon & Reed also recently recruited Chad Huyser as the new CEO of Ritchie Industries, a manufacturer of livestock watering solutions and a portfolio company of Granite Creek Capital Partners. “Ritchie Industries needed a leader who could respect its heritage while advancing the business through its next phase of growth,” said Mr. Fitzgerald. “Chad brings deep experience across agricultural equipment, automation, and dealer-led distribution, along with the leadership discipline required to guide a manufacturing organization through transformation.”

“Chad’s leadership style reflects both operational rigor and cultural stewardship,” said K&R managing partner Jon Leafstedt. “He is well positioned to help Ritchie Industries build on its legacy while advancing its long-term growth strategy.”

Mr. Huyser brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across agricultural equipment and automation organizations, with particular strength in aligning product innovation, dealer networks, and customer needs to drive growth. He also offers significant experience managing complex P&Ls and leading organizations through structural change while supporting livestock producers across North American and European markets. He was previously CEO of Lely North America.
