Mr. Staut is a seasoned business management professional with over 30 years of experience. He is responsible for commercial management, defining strategies, and implementing innovative technologies. As the managing partner of StautGROUP, Mr. Staut has a wealth of experience in the field of executive search and human resources. As the head of StautGROUP, he leads the executive search division, specializing in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for organizations across various industries.
Ms. Ossa, general manager of Kestria Chile, has over 10 years of work experience in organizational development consulting and executive search. She has a track record of leading search processes for both national and multinational companies, as well as do projects for clients from diverse industries. Since 2019, Ms. Ossa has held the position of general manager at Krebs, where she continues to advise our clients on talent development and attraction processes while leading the company’s operations.
Mr. Borroni is a senior business partner at Kestria Italy (CGH Consulting & Allen Parker Executive Search). He has worked for Italian, Dutch, French, Swiss, Emirates and U.S. companies. In these companies he held the following positions: President, CEO, general manager, sales and marketing director, media communications director and expertise in complex HR solutions and search.

They join Ms. Meimaroglou leading Kestria Greece: MEIHUNT, Michael Kantel, Kestria Germany: Friedrichs & Partners (re-elected), and Travis Hann, managing partner of Kestria Canada & USA: Pender & Howe.
