Kestria Appoints New President of the Executive Board; Elects New Board Members

December 18, 2023 – Kestria, formerly known as IRC Global Executive Search Partners, has appointed Katerina Meimaroglou as president of the executive board. In addition, the consortium elected Japheth A. Worthy representing Kestria Japan: Apex. K.K., and Monicca Yan, managing director at Kestria China & Singapore: HR Partners as executive board members. They join Ms. Meimaroglou leading Kestria Greece: MEIHUNT, Michael Kantel, Kestria Germany: Friedrichs & Partners (re-elected), and Travis Hann, managing partner of Kestria Canada & USA: Pender & Howe.

Ms. Meimaroglou has focused on executive search at senior levels, especially in the FMCG, retail and pharma industries since 2007. She has corporate experience in HR management from multinational organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, where she worked for almost six years in HR regional and marketing manager roles across Greece, Cyprus and Malta. Prior to that, she worked for British Petroleum as HR advisor.

Mr. Worthy is a consultant in the medical device team at Kestria Japan (Apex). He specializes in marketing at the senior level for global medical device companies. Mr. Worthy helps companies with their searches for healthcare professionals, such as product managers, marketing managers/directors, vice presidents, and presidents/managing directors.

Chief and founder of Kestria China & Singapore: HR Partners, Ms. Yan leads the firm’s operations for Asia, which focus on strategic leadership roles for industrial, healthcare and agriculture sector clients across Asia. She has more than 20 years of executive search and consulting experience. Ms. Yan was based in Hong Kong and Shanghai for some six years before returning to Singapore. During that period, she supported clients in their expansion in Greater China region.

Kestria recently added Reimaginum as its newest member firm. Reimaginum is a Romanian boutique talent acquisition firm with over 45 years of collective expertise. While their recent focus has been on the technology sector, they also have market knowledge and experience in domains such as real estate, professional services, financial services, retail, agribusiness, and more.
