JM Search Recruits CEO for Colony Display
February 29, 2024 – JM Search has assisted in the recruitment of Craig Marton as the new CEO of Colony Display in Bartlett, IL. A former United States Marine, Mr. Marton brings decades of leadership experience to his new role. With Mr. Marton at the helm, Colony will embark on a period of strategic growth as it further expands its retail display manufacturing offerings. Leading a team of approximately 150 highly-skilled employees, Mr. Marton will support Colony’s history of promoting sustainable manufacturing practices as the company strengthens its market presence and upholds its reputation for best-in-class client satisfaction.
During his career, Mr. Marton has specialized in serving as a turnaround CEO. He has led TEPCOGLASS, Able Manufacturing & Assembly, Bancsource, LMC Industries, Hedstrom Corporation, among others.

Kristian Shannon and Jocelyn Scott of JM Search recently recruited Gary Santo as CEO of RX Green Technologies, a producer of commercial cultivation supplies for the cannabis industry. He has held a variety of senior-level positions including roles at The Cannabist Company, and most recently held the role of CEO at TILT Holdings Inc., a multi-state operator and global inhalation business in the licensed cannabis industry.
