JM Search Expands Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice

June 16, 2025 – JM Search, a senior-level talent provider serving private equity investors, portfolio companies, and Fortune 1000s, has continued expansion of its healthcare & life sciences practice with the addition of three accomplished executive search professionals: Kristy Lindquist as partner and practice leader, and Sarah Conway and Johanna Neuman as principals.

Ms. Lindquist brings over 10 years of executive search experience focused on healthcare innovation and growth. With more than two decades of global operating experience across the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and e-commerce sectors, she offers clients a strategic perspective on leadership strategy, succession planning, and organizational development. Before joining JM Search, she co-founded and led Chasm Partners, a boutique search firm serving venture- and private equity-backed healthcare clients. Ms. Lindquist focused on executive search across digital health, healthcare services, and life sciences.

Ms. Conway joins the firm with over 20 years of healthcare industry experience, spanning consulting and executive search. She specializes in leading C-suite and board searches across the healthcare enterprise, including health systems, multi-site providers, and payors. Most recently, Ms. Conway was with Korn Ferry, where she led executive searches for a wide range of healthcare clients. Prior to her executive search career, she held leadership roles at Press Ganey and The Advisory Board, gaining first-hand insight into the operational challenges facing today’s healthcare organizations.

Ms. Neuman brings over a decade of experience in health and life sciences, with a focus on recruiting senior executives and board members for innovative companies. Prior to JM Search, she was with Catalyst Advisors, a retained executive search firm serving venture-backed therapeutics companies in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Prior to her executive search career, Ms. Neuman served as a consultant on the life sciences team at GLG developing a deep understanding of bringing new pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies to market.

JM Search recently added Dudley Morton to the legal practice and Brian Waivada to the firm’s rapidly growing technology practice. Mr. Morton brings a blend of expertise with nearly 12 years as a practicing attorney and over a decade of executive recruiting experience, providing invaluable insight at the intersection of law and talent acquisition. As a member of the firm’s legal practice, his primary focus is on recruiting in-house counsel for private equity, venture capital, private, and public companies. With a deep network of high-performing legal talent spanning across a variety of industries, Mr. Morton has spent his search career connecting chief legal officers, general counsel, chief compliance officers, and other senior in-house legal executives with high-growth businesses. Prior to joining JM Search, he was a managing director in the in-house counsel recruiting group at Major Lindsey & Africa, where he managed business development, search execution, client and candidate management, and offer negotiation.

Mr. Waivada brings over 27 years of combined retained executive search and in-house talent acquisition experience to his role within the technology practice. With a track record of successfully closing over 450 searches, he has played a key role in private equity placements that have contributed to more than 40 exits—generating over $25 billion in enterprise value. His expertise spans a broad range of functions, including CEO/GM, CFO/VP Finance, and Operating Partners. Prior to joining JM Search, Mr. Waivada was a partner at Bespoke Partners, where he led both the CEO and financial officer practices. He also played a pivotal role in scaling True Search from 30 to over 300 employees. His early career includes leadership roles in global talent acquisition at McKinsey and BlackRock, as well as private equity executive search at Heidrick & Struggles and Patriarch Partners.
