June 16, 2025 – PierceGray was recently retained by Epika Fleet Services to lead in its search for its first head of organic growth. This executive will have accountability for building and executing upon the organization’s organic growth plan. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in a distributed field services environment of similar scale and complexity as well as a track record of leveraging data and systems to generate insights and drive decision making. They must have experience partnering cross-functionally and with field teams to operationalize organic growth initiatives as well as superior advisory, relationship, and stakeholder management necessary to drive change and influence results in a high-growth, investor-backed environment.
Those applying should have at least eight years of professional experience, with exposure to distributed, field-based services environments. Ideal candidates will have three plus years of experience in management consulting. Private equity experience preferred. They must possess exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a strong results orientation. Candidates must be capable of translating real-time operational performance data into business insights and progress against enterprise organic growth initiatives.

PierceGray was also recently retained by C-P Flexible Packaging in York, PA, to lead in its search for a new chief financial officer. To support the continued professionalization, centralization, and growth of the company, C-P Flexible Packaging is looking to hire a new CFO to build and develop a strong corporate financial function, establish FP&A, and support M&A and integration activities. The role will lead and optimize the existing finance team while scaling the function for future growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will partner closely with investors and the board of directors.
