IQTalent Partners Launches Diversity-Focused SaaS Platform

September 15, 2021 – Executive recruitment firm IQTalent Partners has unveiled Diversify by IQTalent Xchange to its existing talent exchange platform. Diversify by IQTX enables companies that are focused on recruiting and retaining underrepresented talent to generate an inclusive slate of qualified passive candidates for any open role. An original market concept, using responsible and advanced artifical intelligence combined with human expertise, the search firm notes that Diversify by IQTX allows users to access an inclusive passive candidate marketplace comprised of over 300 million professionals.

“Recruiters need to look beyond their own personal networks to ensure that they are including diverse candidates in the recruiting process,” said David Windley, president of IQTalent Partners. “Using Diversify by IQTX will help recruiters build more diverse candidate slates from the onset of a search.”

2021 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Recruiting Report:
Building a Balanced and Diverse Workforce

Hunt Scanlon Media’s latest market intelligence recruiting report – this time focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – will be available later this fall! The nation’s top executive recruiters are resetting expectations and looking for new ways forward to build balanced and diverse workforce teams for their clients.

According to executive recruiters, DE&I should not just be a priority, but an integrated part of every company’s leadership goals. Some companies have even tied DE&I metrics to executive compensation. But it’s more than that.

Part of building strong, diverse hiring teams means asking yourself: “Who is my company culture going to attract – and how will it engage people who are here?” This question can be very difficult to answer if you assume everyone feels welcome already just because you do. Fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within organizations is more than just the right ethical decision. “It is one of the best business decisions a company can make,” said Keri Gavin, a partner with Hanold Associates and leader of the search firm’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice. Hanold Associates is a proud sponsor of this year’s report. This report will help organizations prioritize DE&I as a business imperative that drives greater competitiveness, innovation and business results. Get it now!

The addition of Diversify by IQTalent Xchange to the existing platform allows users to identify women and underrepresented minorities within the candidate research results, ensuring an inclusive and diverse slate. Users can load their job descriptions, candidate specifications, and DEI goals into the IQTX dashboard and then receive a curated list of qualified candidates. The new diversify feature facilitates building  inclusivity into current corporate recruiting and hiring processes.

Using AI

Last September, IQTalent Partners launched IQTalent Xchange as an original market concept using advanced artificial intelligence combined with human expertise to create a unique passive candidate marketplace. Unlike job posting boards that rely on active candidates, IQTalent Xchange matches companies with the most qualified passive candidates in the professional workforce,” said the firm. “For many professional and management level positions, the top candidates are often passive candidates. The platform allows users to easily load their job descriptions, candidate specifications, and then, receive a curated list of qualified candidates.”
