Mr. Williamson has nearly 20 years of consultative, solutions-based business development experience in management consulting and executive search. Known for delivering measurable results across industries, he also has experience serving middle-market companies in the financial intermediary community, including private equity and venture capital firms, investment banks, turnaround and restructuring firms, lenders, law and CPA firms.

For the last five years, Mr. Williamson has served as a leadership advisor, talent acquisition and strategy consultant, and executive search execution professional for middle-market companies. Prior to launching his own advisory practice, he held senior positions with several executive search firms including AC Lordi, Banister International, and Robert Half. Since 2008, Mr. Williamson has been actively involved in the Association for Corporate Growth’s Philadelphia and Chicago chapters. He is also involved with Turnaround Management Association.
