IMD International Search Group Adds New Member Firm in Poland
April 19, 2024 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet demand, they continue to develop new practices, hire new recruiters, and open new locations. Global recruiting consortiums, meanwhile, are taking advantage of a resurgence in certain geographic areas. Global executive search consortium IMD International Search Group has added Kaluzynski & Madeja in Warsaw, Poland, as its newest member firm. This completes IMD’s coverage of the Central European market.
Founded in 1991, Kaluzynski & Madeja was created by Richard Kaluzynski, who has over 30 years’ executive search experience. He started his career in the United Kingdom before settling in Poland. He is a British and Polish National.
Mr. Kaluzynski and his team have extensive experience in technology, banking, FMCG and in the Industrial sectors. They also operate as a generalist firm, recruiting all C-level positions as well as senior management. IMD recently expanded its reach in Eastern Europe with the addition of Head Hunting Agency headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. They join IMD’s team in Southeastern Europe with members in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Serbia. Founder Loreda Dragomir is a seasoned executive search professional. She gained experiences in the executive search industry and worked as COO then country manager for the Romanian branches of major executive search global groups. “My talent is to find your talent,” Ms. Dragomir said.
