IIC Partners Adds Hunters of Talent

May 27, 2021 – IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide has added Hunters of Talent in Brazil as its newest member firm. “We at Hunters of Talent are extremely excited to belong to IIC Partners,” said Antonieta Treviño, founder and CEO. “We know that it is a great commitment, and we are sure that we will be a worthy representation of our country. Hunters of Talent, a joint venture with the largest Brazilian talent management company, FESA Group, based in Mexico, has offices in Monterrey and Mexico City. In addition to providing executive search services, the firm provides talent mapping to enable organizations to adopt a long-term strategy around vital roles. Hunters of Talent specialize in serving the insurance, financial services, consumer goods, luxury retail, industrial and energy sectors. Hunters of Talent is also a women-led agency.

Hunters of Talent was founded in 2014 Ms. Treviño, who has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of HR, training, human and organizational development, coaching, recruitment and selection of staff unfolding in leadership and management in various companies.

New Member Firms

IIC Partners recently added ZOOM Executive Search & Leadership Consulting in Russia as its newest member firm. ZOOM Executive Search & Leadership Consulting was founded in 2013 and provides professional services for the search and development of top managers and board members for Russian and international companies. The company has a team of 10 professionals and works across a broad range of industries and functions. “We are thrilled to welcome ZOOM Executive Search & Leadership Consulting into membership,” said Ms. Hayward. “As one of the top executive search firms in Russia, they will further strengthen our presence in Europe particularly in the industrial and digital sectors. IIC Partners Introduces the International Mentorship Program

IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide has launched a new service for executives available by invitation only: The International Mentorship Program. “I am so excited to launch this program with my fellow IIC Partners colleagues,” said Ewa Olszewski, senior partner at Michaël Berglund AB in Sweden, and initiator of the program. “All over the world, we see leaders who strive to be better, to develop, set and achieve ambitious goals.” “Through our international network of leading executive search firms, we have established trusted personal relationships with some of the world’s most inspiring leaders,” Ms. Olszewski said. 


IIC Partners also added Visindi as a member. This became the 24th IIC Partners office in Europe. Visindi was founded in 2004 by Jenny Homme, Heidi Wiggen and Magne Amundsen, and immediately experienced rapid growth. Every year since 2015, Visindi has been rated the biggest executive search firm in Norway by Finansavisen, Norway’s second-largest business newspaper. Visindi now has 38 consultants in four offices across Norway, working on C-suite and board-level searches for local and multinational organizations. The firm carries out assignments at board and senior management levels across all industries in both private and public sector.
