HTP Group Expands in Benelux

December 9, 2025 – HTP Group has expanded with the addition of Govert Doedijns as partner based in Benelux. “Govert’s unique combination of executive experience, consulting expertise, and coaching excellence makes him a valuable addition to our leadership consulting team,” said Ineke Arts and Raffaele Jacovelli, managing directors of HTP Group. “His appointment reinforces our commitment to supporting clients in the Benelux and across EMEA with integrated solutions that connect leadership, performance, and growth.”
Mr. Doedijns brings more than 30 years of international experience across Europe and the United States, combining deep expertise in human resources, leadership consulting, and transformation. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with top-level executives from over 40 nationalities, supporting them in driving business performance, building alignment, and leading transformational change.
Before joining HTP, Mr. Doedijns was a senior executive at a global fintech firm. Prior to that, he held senior leadership and consulting roles with leading global firms, including Heidrick & Struggles, The Ayers Group, and Executive Core. He has advised clients such as ABN AMRO, American Express, Campbell Soup, Cisco, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, KPN, Mars, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley among others, in areas of leadership, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
A certified executive coach and coach supervisor, Mr. Doedijns holds degrees from INSEAD and HEC Paris, and has conducted doctoral research in organizational behavior at Henley Business School. He has also served as adjunct professor at several business schools, where he continues to contribute to executive education and leadership development. Mr. Doedijns is fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
At HTP, Mr. Doedijns will play a key role in further developing the firm’s leadership consulting practice alongside executive search, helping clients build high-performing leadership teams and strengthen their decision-making and collaboration capabilities for long-term success.
