Mr. Herlant is a seasoned executive and consultant with 34 years of professional experience, including 29 years in consulting. His background includes previous senior partner roles at EY Parthenon, where he was a founding partner for the Belgian practice, and The Boston Consulting Group, where he served as partner and managing director. Throughout his career, Mr. Herlant has advised corporate clients, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies across diverse sectors such as life sciences, consumer products, mobility, and technology.
Mr. Herlant possesses deep expertise in developing and leading large-scale business transformations, partnering with leaders to navigate significant strategic shifts and drive tangible impact, according to HTP Group. “Marc is passionate about understanding how technology, particularly AI, reshapes industries and organizational structures,” the firm said. “This includes focusing on the critical challenge of acquiring, developing, and nurturing the visionary leadership talent required for organizations to become flatter, more agile, and ultimately successful in this dynamic environment.”
