August Leadership Assists Paradigm for Parity with CEO Search

April 26, 2024 – Executive recruitment firm August Leadership has recruited Nadine Bullock-Pottinga as the new CEO of Paradigm for Parity (P4P), a non-profit dedicated to closing the gender gap in business leadership. The search is being done by August Leadership on a pro bono basis. “We are delighted to have Nadine at the helm of our executive management,” said Ellen Kullman, Paradigm for Parity co-chair and vice president of the board of directors. “Her expertise leading non-profits and her successful track record in development will enable Paradigm for Parity to grow and flourish.”

“The CEO search was successfully conducted by global executive search firm August Leadership, who shares Paradigm for Parity’s dedication to advancing women into the highest levels of leadership,” P4P said.

Ms. Bullock-Pottinga is an executive leader with over 20 years in the non-profit sector. Most recently she served as chief development officer at Hire Heroes USA where she diversified the sales and marketing teams, and cultivated strong relationships with corporate partners, with a focus on supporting women veterans.

Previous Placement

August Leadership had previously placed Paradigm for Parity’s first-ever CEO, Sandra Quince, who had been a senior vice president in the global diversity & inclusion (D&I) organization at Bank of America. The bank is a long-time member of the coalition, and as an extension of its commitment, sponsored Ms. Quince to join the coalition as part of Bank of America’s Leader on Loan Program.
