February 15, 2017 – Executive search firm Frazer Jones, part of The SR Group, has opened a new office in Milan. This will be the SR Group’s second offering in Italy following its Taylor Root subsidiary launch in early 2016. Frazer Jones will focus on the HR market in Italy and will also take on searches in Southern Europe.
The team will be headed up by Gaia Rossi who has moved back to Milan after spending several months in the firm’s London office. She started her career as an HR consultant in Italy advising on career counselling, training and coaching. She then moved to a leading boutique fashion recruitment firm based in London focusing on international assignments. Most recently, she served as a senior consultant at Freedom Recruitment. Ms. Rossi specializes in HR mandates across Southern Europe.
“Italy and South Europe is a very exciting market for us,” said Michael Illert, a partner with Frazer Jones. “Italy has a high density of heavily internationalized companies and equally a large number of global companies have regional headquarters there. The Italian HR community is striving for excellence and innovation and we aim to become an integral part of that.”
