Former CTPartners Vice Chairman Rejoins Heidrick & Struggles
September 25, 2015 – Heidrick & Struggles has named Tom Moran as a partner and member of the firm’s financial services practice, as well as its CEO and board practice. Based in Chicago, he will work across the firm’s financial services practice, specializing in insurance, and will work closely to facilitate a seamless financial services CEO & board effort globally.
With more than 22 years of executive search experience, Mr. Moran has successfully placed hundreds of CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, board members, and functional leaders in companies around the globe. His areas of specialization include insurance, reinsurance, benefits, and asset and wealth management. He rejoins Heidrick & Struggles from CTPartners, where he was vice chairman covering the firm’s financial services, insurance and CEO / board practices. Before that he spent more than two decades with Heidrick & Struggles, where he was managing partner of its insurance practice and co-regional managing partner for North America of its financial services practice. He also was a member of Heidrick’s global financial services practice, serving clients among multiple industry sectors.
