Flatiron Search Partners Places Chief Marketing Officer at TRUEWERK

December 2, 2025 – Flatiron Search Partners (FSP) has placed Emily Sly as chief marketing officer of Stride Consumer Partners-backed TRUEWERK in Denver, CO. “We’ve been fortunate to work alongside Stride and TRUEWERK for several years now, helping to assemble an incredibly talented leadership team, and we’re excited to welcome,” Flatiron Search Partners said in a LinkedIn post.

Previously, Ms. Sly served as head of marketing at PopSockets. Before that, she served as vice president, brand and marketing for Funko. Prior to this, Ms. Sly spent 13 years of Crocs, serving as VP of global marketing.

Ms. Sly joins TRUEWERK during a period of rapid brand momentum, as the company expands product innovation, deepens its connection to the trade community, and advances its mission of building the world’s most technical, high performance workwear.

He has spent the last 10 years driving scalable business strategies for high-growth companies in the branded consumer space. Mr. Miller has a background in cross-functional management and financial analysis, and a track record of attracting and managing winning teams, driving operational execution, and achieving growth targets.

Mathnasium- Fortis Franchise Group Search

Flatiron Search Partners also recently placed Kenneth Hall as the new CEO of Mathnasium- Fortis Franchise Group in Winter Park, FL. “Congratulations to Kenneth Hall on his new role as CEO at Snapdragon Capital Partners-backed Mathnasium- Fortis Franchise Group,” Flatiron Search Partners said in a LinkedIn post. “We were grateful to partner with Snapdragon on yet another portfolio company, and are thrilled with the outcome.”

Mr. Hall serves on the board of Medi-Weightloss, where he previously held the role of chief executive officer, leading the national network of physician-supervised weight loss and wellness clinics. Earlier in his career, he served as president and board member of Miracle-Ear Pivot Holdings LLC, guiding one of the brand’s largest franchise operations across multiple states. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with Amplifon, LensCrafters, Asset Acceptance, Michigan Orthopedic Services, Concentra, and Edwards Lifesciences, where he built deep expertise in multi-unit operations, strategic growth, and business transformation across the healthcare and consumer sectors.

In 2024, Mathnasium- Fortis Franchise Group used Boston, MA-based executive search firm Bauer Harris to recruit Melissa Gebhard as its chief operating officer. The majority of Ms. Gebhard’s career has been spent on field operations. She has a demonstrated history of driving strong business operations exceeding metrics on revenue, labor, and expenses with a prioritization around people development. Ms. Gebhard most recently served as vice president of operations with C2 Education.
