Flatiron Search Partners Names Head of Clinical Recruitment Practice

February 26, 2025 – Flatiron Search Partners (FSP) has appointed Nicole Soler Dolinko as partner and head of the clinical recruitment practice. “We’re thrilled to have Nicole’s stewardship within our rapidly expanding healthcare practice,” the firm said in a LinkedIn post. Ms. Soler Dolinko brings a track record of placing senior talent across a wide range of healthcare roles, including executive leadership, physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing professionals. “Her deep expertise in healthcare recruitment drives impactful placements that fuel organizational growth,” Flatiron Search Partners noted.

Prior to joining FSP, Ms. Soler Dolinko held progressive leadership roles in both in-house talent acquisition and agency recruitment. At Bond Vet, she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization, expanding its footprint from five to 50 clinics in three years, and building the recruitment infrastructure to support rapid growth.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Soler Dolinko was a senior managing director at Tandym Group, where she led the provider recruitment vertical, partnering with healthcare clients such as large hospital systems, urgent care centers, and private practices to address complex staffing challenges. Her experience spans clinical and non-clinical recruitment within healthcare, including the creation of scalable recruitment strategies.

Flatiron Search Partners Names Chief Talent Officer

Flatiron Search Partners has expanded with the addition of Michelle Schreck as chief talent officer. “Hiring, onboarding, training, engaging, and retaining the best talent is no small task,” Flatiron Search Partners said in a LinkedIn post. “As we scale, we’re doubling down on these efforts to ensure not only that we have the best team, but that FSP is the best place to work in our industry. With that, we’re thrilled to announce Michelle Schreck as our new chief talent officer.” A global people, culture, and HR leader responsible for guiding executives through talent and organizational design decisions for high-growth brands, Ms. Schreck started her professional career on the agency side in IT recruitment. “With the combination of her hands-on internal and external recruitment experience along with sitting in the operating role of chief people officer, she is able to offer a holistic talent approach to our clients,” FSP said. Most recently, over the past six years, Ms. Schreck led the people and culture function for VC & PE backed tech e-commerce companies and for the CPG brand, The Vita Coco Company.

Before joining Omega Fitness Holdings, Mr. Grossman served as the CFO of Grand Fitness Partners, a prominent Planet Fitness franchisee. Earlier in his career, he held dual roles as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at WORTH New York, a portfolio company of L Catterton Partners, and was the CFO/chief strategy officer of Paxson Communications Corp (now ION Television Network).
