Eric Salmon & Partners Expands in Singapore
April 1, 2019 – Executive search consultants are seeing an increase in hiring mandates from around the world. To meet the demand, they continue to develop new practices and hire new recruiters. Recently, Paris-headquartered executive search firm Eric Salmon & Partners strengthened its office in Singapore with the addition of Brindha Bal as a partner. The office now has six partners on its team and about 20 staff.
The firm’s senior executive search and leadership advisory team in Singapore combines diversity, global outlook and years of experience in Asia. “All of the team, without exception, have also lived and worked in Europe or in the U.S.,” Eric Salmon & Partners said.
Ms. Bal has a track record in talent acquisition that spans 20 years, across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. She has recruited senior executives in the tech industry globally during transformative times. She started her career by leading talent acquisition operations across APAC at HP, Sun Microsystems and Hitachi Data Systems. She also spent four years in Silicon Valley as global talent acquisition leader at Hitachi Data Systems prior to returning to Singapore and moving into executive search at Heidrick & Struggles. There, she was a principal in the firm’s global technology and services practice.
