EMA Partners International Opens Bangkok Office

September 8, 2020 – EMA Partners International, a global partnership of executive search professionals, has expanded its presence in the Asia-Pacific region with the addition of a new office in Bangkok, Thailand. The Thai office is led by managing partner Santi Campanella.
Mr. Campanella and his team have extensive experience in executive search, leadership and organizational assessment across several industries, such as consumer, retail and services, technology, marcom, government, healthcare and financial services.
“It is our aim to leverage the global presence of EMA Partners and add value to our clients in the region, especially in the new world as we strive to come out of the pandemic crisis,” said Mr. Campanella, who becomes EMA Partners’ country partner for Thailand.
Mr. Campanella has been in the executive search industry for almost 20 years. With a diverse portfolio of client success across sectors, he has run his own firm, Smart Search Executive Recruitment, since 2008.
“We are delighted with our expansion in the region,” said K. Sudarshan, regional chair, Asia. “Santi and his team will undoubtedly add to our strength in the region and with his high caliber team, EMA Partners will now have strong capabilities in the Thai market.”
Thailand is newly industrialized and the economy is emerging. It functions as an anchor economy for the neighboring developing economies of Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia. Substantial industries include electric appliances, components, computer components and vehicles. Forty-nine percent of Thailand’s labor force is employed in agriculture.
Since 1988, EMA Partners has partnered with multinational corporations, governments and not-for-profit organizations across a variety of industry sectors and functional areas. It has more than 40 offices on six continents, and the firm continues to expand globally.
