The company was founded in 1999 by a group of experienced executive search consultants, committed to creating a niche firm that focused on quality execution for a select number of clients. It is why our partners chose not to work for larger firms and deliberately created this “right size” firm.
As a privately held firm, our only responsibility is to find the best leaders for you. Publicly traded search firms have different priorities. The stock market demands that they deliver revenue and profit. The result is that many more searches are assigned per consultant, expenses are treated as “profit centers,” and large bureaucracies are created that take away the ability to customize searches for clients. Because of our choice to remain privately held, clients and candidates receive our undivided attention. Our clients, not Wall Street, are our sole priority.
Each year, the firm has realized increased success. In fact, 75 percent of our search assignments come from repeat clients, while 90 percent of our follow-up client surveys rate our work as “superior to other firms they have used in the past.” We attribute this success to the dogged determination, market knowledge and depth of our executive search professionals. Our goal is to serve our clients beyond their immediate recruitment needs. We strive to be their partners for long-term success, based on our ability to build trusting and lasting relationships. We truly view our clients and our candidates as partners in search . . . for exceptional leaders.
Quick Leonard Kieffer employs a tried and true process, developed over our combined decades of executive recruiting and search experience. Our team engages with premier clients around the country in identifying top-notch talent to complement our clients. We tailor our process to fit our clients’ needs and provide flexibility within a framework. Our one-on-one commitment and proven search strategic process are reasons why QLK leads the country in average length of time to complete a search.
We welcome the opportunity to work with clients in determining a timeline and process that best suits their needs.
Our team works with you to first determine and consequently to understand the skills, experience, personality, values and style necessary for your new leader to succeed.
