Eastward Partners Names Equity Partner

November 9, 2023 – New York-based Eastward Partners has named Brett Vecchio as an equity partner. He will now head the New York office and continue to support Eastward’s private equity search capability. “Brett and I have worked together for the better part of a decade, so to be part of his ascension from a staff member in one of my practice areas 10 years ago to a partner today, standing shoulder to shoulder is an incredible experience for me and more importantly, a testament to his dedication over the years to his craft,” said Joe Carbone, founder and CEO. “I look forward to continuing the partnership with Brett.”

After working together at a previous executive search firm over 10 years ago, Mr. Vecchio joined forces with Mr. Carbone to help start Eastward Search Partners. He went on to lead a build-out for a boutique private equity advisory firm, executing some of the most high-profile engagements across the industry. Upon Mr. Vecchio’s return to Eastward Partners, he led the opening of Eastward’s Miami office and expanded the team before returning to New York City.

Once a client of Eastward Partners, Ms. Webb joined the firm with over a decade of experience in advisory recruitment, having led searches across due diligence, technical accounting, restructuring, and performance improvement. She has worked with a wide range of clients across various industries, from large multinational corporations to middle-market companies. Before joining Eastward Partners, Ms. Webb led recruiting functions, including senior-level talent, at several consulting firms. Her prior experience includes working at Riveron, Houlihan Lokey, and Grant Thornton.
