Cejka Search Wins CEO Assignment for the Iowa Clinic
December 30, 2019 – Cejka Search has been retained by the Iowa Clinic to lead its hunt for a new CEO. The assignment is being led by Mark Madden, the recruitment firm’s executive vice president and managing principal.
The incoming CEO will be expected to provide executive leadership in establishing and executing a strategic vision in alignment with the board of directors and physician stakeholders to enhance the Iowa Clinic’s position as a well-managed, highly effective and competitive care delivery provider. The individual will be responsible for facilitating the strategic vision and will direct the implementation of all non-medical policies and procedures, including financial management, information systems, interdepartmental relationships, marketing, contractual/legal matters and resources.
“Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing a strategic business plan, in partnership with physician leadership, to advance the organization’s growth, operational and financial targets, payor and health system relationships while promoting a culture of high quality care and service,” said Cejka Search. “Successful candidates will have at least 10 years of progressive leadership and management experience with a minimum of five years serving in a C-suite role.”
