BrainWorks Recruits President for Mack Molding’s Northern Division
June 13, 2024 – Warren, NJ-based executive search firm BrainWorks has recruited Josh Pang as president of Mack Molding’s northern division. Stepping into the shoes of Jeff Somple after his 36-year tenure with Mack Molding, Mr. Pang brings over two decades of strategic leadership in sales and marketing, including his role as chief commercial officer at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. “His proven track record in steering commercial activities for a $400 million medical device provider showcases his ability to drive growth and innovation,” BrainWorks said.
Mr. Pang also previously was a distributor principal for CONMED Linvatec Orthopedics and MTF Biologics, directing its Ohio and western Pennsylvania sales team before being promoted to vice president of orthopedic sales. Additionally, he built business development and operations experience with Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson.
Ms. Willey is practice leader of BrainWorks’ medical device and plastics division. Her extensive recruiting experience in the plastics and manufacturing industry, coupled with her nearly 10 years of close collaboration with Mack Molding, provided her with a deep understanding of their culture, vision and industry dynamics which was pivotal in identifying Mr. Pang as the ideal candidate.
