BrainWorks Fills Senior Position for Macrobond Financial
May 17, 2024 – Warren, NJ-based executive search firm BrainWorks placed Carla Mendy as global leader of revenue operations with Macrobond Financial in London. During the search process seven candidates were presented, four interviewed for the role leaving two finalists. BrainWorks targeted 25 Fintech and data SaaS companies to identify a pool of candidates in the London area. It was just 45 days from the time Ms. Mendy was presented to when she signed the offer letter. “This illustrates the BrainWorks promise of quality, speed, and results,” the firm said.
Ms. Mendy was global director, strategy, planning and sales operations for the SaaS business unit of Cisco. She was a part of the DUO Security acquisition made by Cisco in 2021, during which she not only kept on, but promoted. From 2012-2018, Ms. Mendy was head of regional sales operations & enablement, EMEA at TMF Group, a provider of critical administration services like governance, accounting, tax & payroll, and fund administration.
