Boyden Establishes New Office in Brussels

June 19, 2015 – Executive search firm Boyden has opened a new office in Brussels. Francis Vaningelgem and Baudouin Contzen, previously founders of Executive Square, will lead the new Boyden Belgium & Luxembourg team as managing directors. The expansion builds on Boyden’s recent launches in the Netherlands and Geneva. The Brussels office will offer the full range of Boyden services in executive search, leadership consulting and interim management in a number of industry sectors, including consumer & retail, financial services, industrial, aerospace, energy, cleantech & utilities, healthcare & life sciences, technology & telecommunications, professional services, and public sector & not-for-profit.

Mr. Vaningelgem will focus on the firm’s healthcare & life sciences, technology, and human resources practices. He has over 20 years of global executive search experience across a variety of industries and functional spectrums, with a particularly strong understanding of the talent requirements for the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, as well as professional services and technology.

Mr. Contzen will focus on Boyden’s industrial, consumer & retail, and board services practices; he also has expertise in the energy / utilities, aerospace and professional services sectors. He has client experience spanning more than 100 countries on five continents as well as expertise in industry restructuring and business transformation.
