Borrer Executive Search Places CFO and Chief Communications Officer for IMD Business School

December 13, 2019 – Lausanne, Switzerland-based Borrer Executive Search has helped place Peggy Le Roux as chief finance and administrative officer as well as Delia Fischer as chief communications officer at IMD Business School.

Ms. Le Roux joins the Lausanne- and Singapore-based business school from watch manufacturer Jaeger-Coultre, where she served as CFO for eight years. Before that, she was head of controlling for the company for three years. Prior to Jaeger-Coultre, Ms. Le Roux was internal audit manager for Richemont International S.A. in Geneva, from 2005 to 2009. She also worked for Ernst & Young as a senior manager internal audit, risk manager and external auditor.

Ms. Fischer, for her part, will lead IMD’s entire communications team and related activities, overseeing IMD’s external, internal, social media and multimedia communications, as the organization is building on its existing reputation for thought leadership excellence, engagement and innovation.

Developing Leaders

Prior to joining IMD, Ms. Fischer was global head of corporate communications for the Adecco Group, managing an international team from the group’s headquarters in Zurich. She also served as head of media for FIFA during a 15-year career with the global governing body of football which included overseeing communications for the FIFA World Cups.
